Returns & Refunds

Because all products offered are handmade, all sales from A Meadows Designs are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If an item is damaged as a result of my own error, customers must e-mail their concern within 24 hours of receiving to discuss a return or refund.

I cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipping and at the hands of the shipping service. For any lost or damaged items the customer will be responsible for contacting the appropriate service.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/refund if the item isn't in it's original condition.
